- verification of calculations in the Optima program based on human resources (ZUS ZLA, contracts, annexes, holidays, etc.),
- calculation of remuneration for employment contracts based on existing regulations at the employer, including benefits, delegations, etc.,
- calculating remuneration under civil law contracts,
- providing clients with a payment order together with information on the amounts of remuneration, tax and ZUS contributions, within the time limits provided for by the provisions,
- preparing a package of transfers,
- forwarding settlement declarations to ZUS,
- preparation of annual information on obtained income and collected advance payments for personal income tax (PIT-11, PIT – 40, IFT), ZUS IMIR annual,
- handling of paid remuneration,
- preparing pay slips for full-time employees,
- co-financing from PFRON.
Handling
- preparation of employment contracts and other documents related to the establishment or termination of an employment, including: referrals for examinations, annexes, terminations, employment certificates, etc.,
- preparation of civil law contracts and working time records,
- establishment and maintenance of employee files (potentially e-files),
- registration of the employee / contractor in the Optima program,
- reporting employees to ZUS (ZUA, ZWUA, ZZA, ZCNA),
- preparing and sending monthly settlement declarations
- PUE service, imposing employee related events, including layoffs to Optima,
- PFRON support,
- obtaining work permits for foreigners.
Additionally on customer’s command
- preparing information on employment and remuneration for the needs of the Statistical Office,
- preparing reports on the costs of remuneration in a set format,
- preparation of income and employment certificates,
- verification of documents of foreign workers,
- keeping time records,
- preparation of the payroll decree,
- reconciliation of accounting accounts related to payroll,
- participation in audits of state institutions (PIP, ZUS, US).
